When we talk about fast food, zinger burger is the first thing that comes to our mind. It is liked by both adults as well as kids. But getting a zinger is not so easy; you have to go a restaurant for it. Also it is somehow an expensive eating stuff.

Only few knows that recipe of zinger burger is as easy as other common food we cook at home. Yes that’s true. Making a zinger burger takes only 30 minutes. Plus all the ingredients are so common you can find mostly at home and remaining from your nearest store.


  1. Chicken chest piece 1 to 2 pieces
  2. Mayonnaise
  3. Ketchup
  4. Corn flour
  5. Vinegar
  6. Black pepper
  7. Salt as required
  8. Egg 2 to 3 for frying
  9. Cauliflower
  10. Cheese slices

Directions: How to make KFC zinger burger at home

Step#1: Make thin slices of chicken chest and dip it into vinegar for 15 to 20 min. After that remove chicken slices from vinegar. Pore some black paper and salt as you want and mix it with hands.

Step#2: Put some corn flour into a bowl and beat eggs in another bowl. Now take chicken slices one by one and first dip into eggs then dip it into corn flour and then fry it in deep oil.

Step#3: Fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden/brownish.

Step#4: Take round burgers and give them a little bit heat in fry pan. Now put some mayonnaise on the lower burger and some thin slices of cauliflower and one slices of cheese. Put one piece of fried chicken and some ketchup on it.
